Millions of People in Eastern Uganda particularly in Rural and Marginalized Communities lack access to Safe water, Adequate Sanitation & proper Hygiene (WASH). This persistent gap remains a major public health concern, affecting people in low-income households that face limited involvement in decision-making and poor Accessibility to Essential WASH services. In such communities, systemic Barriers continue to restrict Equitable Participation among Women, Children and Vulnerable groups.
