Millions of People in Eastern Uganda particularly in Rural and Marginalized Communities lack access to Safe water, Adequate Sanitation & proper Hygiene (WASH).
This persistent gap remains a major public health concern, affecting people in low-income households that face limited involvement in decision-making and poor Accessibility to Essential WASH services. In such communities, systemic Barriers continue to restrict Equitable Participation among Women, Children and Vulnerable groups.
Africa Foundation for Community Development (AFCOD-UGANDA) has already been accepted into the Acceleration program of Faster Capital https://www.fastercapital.com and is raising capital of $10 Million US Dollars. for the school project in Uganda.
AFCOD-Uganda aims to establish a premier international primary and secondary school in Kampala, serving expatriate and affluent local families with globally recognized IB and Cambridge curricula. The project offers a scalable, high-quality education model with strong investment potential, supported by phased funding, strategic growth milestones, and comprehensive operational planning. We are now seeking Seed/Pre-A investment to secure land and launch the project.
We are working to change attitudes of perpetrators, support Survivors and Victims and bring their perpetrators to justice. We work in the communities with GBV shelters and healing centers.
