The organization operates with an experienced professional staff, comprising full-time, part-time workers and volunteers. At the management level, there is permanent staff comprising of women and men responsible for day-to-day management of program activities and are accountable to the Board of Directors. It comprises the senior, junior and support staff responsible for the technical work in the organization.
Board of Directors
The Organisation is well structured. There is a Board of Directors that constitutes the highest decision-making body fully balanced comprising of women and men responsible for policy making and plays the over sight role. The Board is also responsible for monitoring the overall functioning of the organization with respect to governance, approvals, development of the financial plans and raising external funds for ensuring organizational sustainability.
